Brian Roccapriore comes to CCEH with a diverse background ranging from a process control engineer in the aerospace industry to executive leadership in the nonprofit sector. He has worked in the nonprofit workforce development arena for over a decade, most recently with Career Resources, Inc. as their Vice President of Special Programs. Throughout the course of Brian’s career he has been improving the direct service work of his programming through the collection and analysis of data. He has overseen design, implementation, and continual improvement processes of statewide client data tracking systems for a variety of workforce development programs. Enhancing programmatic outcomes and assisting individuals on their path to self-sufficiency is his focus and passion in this field.

Brian holds four earned college degrees, the most recent of which is a Masters in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University.  He lives in Clinton with his wife Abigail and their three children.

Meredith Damboise is the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at New Reach, Inc. She joined New Reach in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in the fields of quality assurance, program evaluation, research design, survey design, and statistical analyses. At New Reach, Meredith oversees the analyses of all agency program data, leads corporate compliance activities, and is responsible for ensuring agency adherence to funder and accreditation standards. She also participates in the statewide Homeless Management Information System Steering Committee. Meredith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in General Experimental Psychology with a focus on quantitative methods, both from the University of Hartford.

Beau Anderson is the Statewide CAN Manager, Data Analysis, for the Connecticut Department of Housing. He earned his Master of Arts in Survey Research and a Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Wesleyan University. Prior to working for the Department of Housing, Beau worked as a Project Manager for Community Results Center at the United Way of Connecticut.
