Iain De Jong, President and CEO of OrgCode Consulting, Inc., will be hosting a one-day training on the full assessment tool, the SPDAT, at the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut.
The SPDAT is an evidence-informed approach to assessing an individual’s or family’s acuity. The tool, across multiple components, prioritizes who to serve next and why, while concurrently identifying the areas in the person/family’s life where support is most likely necessary in order to avoid housing instability.
This training is required for anyone who may be interested in ‘train the trainer’ opportunities on the SPDAT in the future.
Providers from across the state are invited to register. This training will be repeated in a separate location on August 11th.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to obtain approval from your CAN before registering for the SPDAT trainings on August 10 or 11th. As noted on the registration form, spaces are currently limited and each CAN has been allocated a certain number of attendees. If you have any questions, please contact Katie Kenney at kkenney@cceh.org.
CCEH has identified the maximum number of attendees from each Coordinated Access Network (CAN) in relation to their size:
Registration is now closed. Please contact Katie Kenney at kkenney@cceh.org if you have any questions.
