As we work together to end chronic homelessness by the end of 2016, CCEH is offering a webinar highlighting best practices for working with hard to engage clients and getting them off the streets and into housing through the use of the VI-SPDAT. Our esteemed presenters will discuss effective strategies for street outreach and how to ensure that people sleeping on the streets and in encampments are prioritized for assistance in the same manner as any other person assessed through the coordinated access process.
