Coordinated Entry Reports


Please note: as of February, 2017 the Coordinated Entry reports will no longer be produced, and will be replaced with the new interactive CAN dashboard found here: cceh.org/interactive/can

Coordinated Entry Reports collect, organize, and illustrate the data of homeless service provider, such as average 211 call wait times, total number of calls to 211, appointment wait times, and the outcomes of those appointments. The data is broken up by Coordinated Access Region as well as compiled state-wide.

Housing Inventory Reports


These reports reflect the amount of housing and related services available in terms of beds as a unit that are available by region. 

The official HUD Housing Inventory Charts for the State of Connecticut and the CoC’s that existed at the time. These are the reports generated by HUD with the inventory reported in the annual Continuum of Care funding process.
