Leadership Development
CCEH is committed to building a community of leaders working to prevent and end homelessness in Connecticut. This includes our work to build the individual and collective voices and skills of those most affected by homelessness with our innovative Leadership Development Program, the training, technical assistance and coaching opportunities we offer our members; and an active internship and volunteer program. We also work with Public Allies to offer a non-profit apprenticeship which addresses the most timely issues in homelessness in our state.
CCEH works to build the individual and collective voice and leadership skills of the most affected by homelessness. Our innovative curriculum, “LEAD” (Leadership, Empowerment, and Advocacy Development Training) includes workshops on telling your story, public speaking and more.
