Connecticut Homelessness Management Information System (CT HMIS) Publications: Data presented in these publications are derived from information entered into Connecticut’s homelessness database, the Connecticut Homelessness Management Information System (CT HMIS). CT HMIS allows for longitudinal analysis of data provided for clients utilizing Connecticut’s emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing programs.
