Legislation which passed: H.B. 5413, H.B. 5360, H. B. 5388, S.B. 292
- H.B. 5413 - An Act Concerning Expenditures of State Agencies Providing Social Services, passed both Houses and went to the Governor for approval.
- H.B. 5360 – An Act Concerning Children in the Recession passed both Houses and goes to the Governor for approval.
- H. B. 5388 - An Act Concerning Homeless Female Veterans and Bilingual Service Officers, passed both Houses and went to Governor Rell for approval.
- S.B. 292 - An Act Concerning Homeless Youth failed as a stand alone measure, but its provisions were rolled into SB 494 An Act Making Adjustments To State Expenditures For The Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2011 which was signed by the Governor.
Bills Which Failed: H.B. 5534, H.B. 5374, S.B. 405
- H.B. 5534 - An Act Establishing a Revenue Accountability Commission passed in the House but died on the Senate calendar.
- H.B. 5374 - An Act Promoting and Sustaining Affordable Housing In Connecticut and Concerning Real Estate Licensing For Nonprofit Housing Corporations, died on Senate calendar.
- S.B. 405 An Act Concerning The Development Of Cost Effective Supportive Housing For Frequent Users Of Costly State Services never made it out of Appropriations.
