TANF Emergency Contingency Fund - TANF Emergency Contingency Fund

This ARRA program provides re-imbursement and matching funds to states and programs for increased expenditures for TANF eligible families. The Department of Social Services has applied for more than $35 million in ECF funds to both reimburse and establish new programs for non-recurrent short term programs.
