HFF - Housing First for Families

A program established by the Department of Social Services in June, 2010 to fund regional rapid re-housing coordinators who assist families in shelter and transitional housing to quickly move to permanent housing. Services are delivered along a ‘housing first’ model without consideration of subjectively determined housing barriers.
