HEARTH - Homelessness Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act

The federal re-authorization of McKinney Vento, the 25 year old legislation funding homeless services and programs. HEARTH will make significant changes to our current Continuum of Care system, formula grant programs and mainstream services in areas such as education and health care as it related to people experiencing homelessness and those at imminent risk.
