DMHAS - Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services

DMHAS is a state agency whose mission is to improve the quality of life of the people of CT by providing an integrated network of comprehensive, effective and efficient mental health and addiction services through the local Mental Health Authorities.  DMHAS’ regional offices administer the Shelter Plus Care Program as well as other funding sources that support Supportive Housing.
