DECD - Department of Economic and Community Development

DECD is a state agency that develops and implements strategies to attract and retain businesses and jobs, revitalize neighborhoods and communities, ensure quality housing and foster appropriate development in Connecticut’s towns and cities.  DECD administers the State’s allocation of Federal HOME and CDBG funding as well as State funds for affordable housing.
