CHFa - Connecticut Housing Finance Authority

CHFA was created by the state legislature to help to alleviate the shortage of affordable housing for low-and moderate income individuals and families in CT.  CHFA administers State and Federal housing tax-credit programs, provides financing for the development of multi-family housing and mortgage financing for first time homebuyers.
