Find Help

CCEH tries to keep people from becoming homeless. We work for solutions to end homelessness. If you are homeless or need help with housing, you are not alone... The best way to get help quickly is to dial 2-1-1.

You can also go to the website for 2-1-1 and click on housing and or homelessness for programs that help people who need housing or shelter.

Some programs give temporary shelter to people who have nowhere to stay. Some help people stay where they are and prevent becoming homeless. Others help women, children, teens or people with AIDS.

Another website to go to for help in finding affordable housing and paying for utilities bills is the Connecticut Department of Social Services website.
