Mary Ann (Mimi) Haley joins CCEH with a myriad of experience in program development, quality assurance, training, and technical assistance. As a senior non-profit administrator in youth-serving organizations, she has created and implemented a variety of programs; conducted training for direct care workers, supervisors and community members; crafted quality improvement systems, and led community outreach campaigns. She has also worked extensively providing direct services to youth and their families.
Prior to coming to CCEH, she received a BA from the University of Notre Dame and her doctorate from NYU in Comparative Politics. As a published author and adjunct professor, she has taught on a range of subjects related to development, including race, gender, economic crises, political rights and civil liberties, and political philosophy. She has also worked on Capitol Hill, for the Peace Corps, and in the private sector.
